Important Information for Applicants

Raiding with PwnHammer means:

You must be mature, patient, very good at your class, knowledgeable with Pre-TBC and TBC raid content. You must strive to attend 5 raid days a week during times of progress. You must be able to follow orders and have the capacity to think quickly and react accordingly.

You must have Ventrilo and a microphone, use them but also know when to shut up.

You must not:

* Whine or otherwise bring any negativity to the raid
* AFK During Raids
* Be a Loot Whore
* Bitch
* Moan
* Cry

Must be self sufficient in terms of consumables, gems, enchants and always come prepared. If you require help speak with an officer Before raids or after a raid. Sending multiple tells to multiple officers during a raid will substantially increase the chance of your tells being disregarded.

Be sure to read our various guidelines posted under Guild Info. If you have a hard time finding these please check the links in the Example Application sticky in our forums.

In closing we continually evaluate the performance of our members with these criteria:

SKILL, COMMUNICATION, RELIABILITY & COMMITMENT.

Applications are done via a two-step process. Completing this application to the fullest is the first step. If you are approved via the application, you will get an in-game tell from an officer to set up a time for an interview on vent.

Why do you want to join PwnHammer and not another guild with comparable progression?

What do you think about guild leadership, how should things happen in a raid (be free in description, no specific answer is expected)?

If you're yelled at, what is your reaction going to be? Can you take criticism while maintaining self-respect? If you're being wrongly accused, can you let it go? If you're rightly accused

PwnHammer is currently looking for people that can commit themselves to at least 75% of our scheduled raids. We raid Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:00 PM server to 10:00 PM server. Will there be any reason you cannot meet these times?
